  I've stayed at this hotel twice on business trips, primarily because of the reasonable rates and easy access to the interstate and downtown Syracuse. The staff was great, but the hotel really needs to be updated. On my recent trip, everything was okay and, other than the internet service being out for about twelve hours, there were no significant issues. It just has the look and feel of an old hotel.

  Hotel is old and nees refurbishing. Rooms and hotel have odor that is not very nice. Bathrooms especially have sewer like odor. I did tell the front desk and they put something into the toilet but it did not help. We only had a brief overnight stay but do not recommend this hotel for the price

  The front desk was helpful and friendly. The hotel met our expectations other than we had one issue and that was there was terrible water pressure in both the shower and the sink. At times it was only a trickle.

  They have a nice indoor pool which my grand kids enjoyed and a wonderful complimentary breakfast each morning. x was a nice young man and assisted me with my luggage ...

  They have a nice indoor pool which my grand kids enjoyed and a wonderful complimentary breakfast each morning. X was a nice young man and assisted me with my luggage to my room.
